Katsuko, one of our popular language tutors, has been offering Japanese courses through Byron Region Community College since 2002, when she moved to Byron Shire from Japan, by way of an eight year stopover in Sydney.

Katsuko teaches Japanese in schools and privately, but loves teaching with the College most of all as she finds that the adults who enrol are eager to learn and highly motivated.

As well as language, Katsuko’s courses offer an introduction to Japanese culture.
