Goddess Mixed Media

Always wanted to learn how to draw faces, in a beautiful and unique way? The Goddess Mixed Media course does just that, incorporates drawing faces with mixed media. Spend some time learning to draw a face and getting proportion and shape correct. Faces can be a lot of fun to draw and I have a foolproof way of showing you how to achieve a lovely result. We then paint the image using mixed media techniques. This is a fun engaging class of drawing, painting, and being creative.

Step by step we divide a face to create a beautiful Goddess. Once drawn we adorn her with many new mixed media techniques that use acrylics in a whole new way. Luminous colours and transparency. A real treat for the eyes.

What to bring

• Matt medium- Liquitex is good, also Monte Marte has a very cheap one
• A basic set of acrylic paints, yellow, pink, blue, green, white, purple black.A small Mont Marte kit would be good. Quite cheap
• Watercolour paper A3 300gsm x 2
• Water containers
• Paper towel
• Paint mixing pallet
• Brushes, 1 inch soft taklon brush, detail brush
• Apron
• 2 small poska pens, one black and one white
• Permanent fine liner 0.8 mm
