Psychic Development and Healing - Online Class

In these classes you will learn the basic anatomy and qualities of the subtle energy body. The energy body holds the underlying blueprint for the physical body. Being able to read energy fields of oneself and others and the environment around you helps enormously to make good choices for daily life, relationships and health. We will increase intuition and sensitivity through meditations, visualisations and exercises. Included are some self-healing practices.

What to prepare

• Comfortable, quiet and private sitting space, chair or floor.
• A shawl or rug and pillow
• Note-book and pen
• Colour pencils or oil pastels
• Capacity to print hand outs at home

This is an online class

• learn from the comfort of your own home, this class will be delivered live online via the Zoom platform
• you need an email address, a reliable internet connection, a microphone/speakers and access to a tablet, smartphone or computer
