The Anxiety Busting Course

The Anxiety Busting Course is a safe, fun and effective way to move beyond anxiety to a life that is more relaxed, more positively productive and a lot more fun. In six sessions over six weeks, learn skills and acquire tools and resources that will support you to bust your anxiety for good.

This course is taught by a qualified counsellor who successfully overcame a long term and persistent experience of anxiety by utilising the material shared in this course. This course combines mindfulness and body based practices with contemporary counselling techniques – each effective on its own and super effective when used in concert.

What to bring

  • A note book – minimum A5 size, a pen, coloured pencils or pastels

Important information

Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will be your receipt and inform you of the dates, time and venue of your course, it will also let you know of anything you need to take to class with you.
