Gluten Free Sourdough Breads And Tortillas

This class is all about empowering you with the skills and knowledge to make nourishing, delicious and digestible gluten free sourdough and other gluten free goods.

In this class you will learn how to start and care for your very own gluten-free sourdough culture, as well as how to make a loaf of delicious gluten-free sourdough bread (and they said that it couldn’t be done!). Other recipes for the day include the fermentation process, as we make delicious dosa (Indian flat bread), grilled millet polenta, socca (chickpea pancakes), corn tortillas & sprouted rice.

There will also be morning tea, a light lunch and plenty to chat about at our beautiful rainforest cooking school. Participants will receive a recipe file, lots to taste and their own perpetual starter to take home.
