Gluten & Guilt Free Cooking Class

This course has no current classes. Please the waiting list.

Being gluten free does not necessarily mean you have to miss out on all the foods you love. In this hands on cooking class you will learn how to use alternative flours to produce absolutely delicious baked goods with soft, velvety textures, along with breads and pastas. Morning tea, lunch and left overs included.

What to bring

  • Pen for notes (recipes and other written material will be handled out on the day)
  • Chopping board
  • Knife, measuring spoons and cups
  • Apron and tea towel
  • Plastic container with lids – small and medium sizes (to take left overs home)
  • 4-5 bowls
  • A whisk, wooden spoon and a spatula
  • $50 to pay the tutor on the day for additional materials

Important information

Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will be your receipt and inform you of the dates, time and venue of your course, it will also let you know of anything you need to take to class with you.
