In this course will learn how to create simple meals and snacks substituting grains with seeds, nuts or vegetables. We will create a breakfast dish of cacao, chia and berry pudding (also making seed and nut milks with which to create this), a fried cauliflower rice which will include grass fed, nurtured, nitrate free bacon and a nut and seed pizza bread and crackers. This course caters for paleo and keto friendly diets and sensitivities and allergies can be catered for.
