Most of us experience a critical and demanding inner voice which can cause tremendous suffering, restriction, mental illness and even life failure. This 1-day course teaches you how to understand and heal this inner dialogue to regain a more authentic and empowered self.
The critical voice can make life extremely difficult, even intolerable, for many, many people. Its demands, negativity and judgments can ruin lives. Many people are literally their own worst enemy. However, this inner voice can be understood and transformed to become a source of joy, empowerment and success.
Few people understand that the critical voice is actually a protector which seeks to restrain us from acting in ways that we believed would have resulted in being rejected, punished and even abused or abandoned as a child. The critical voice is an adaptation to our childhood environment, which is trying to force us to comply with the demands of our parents and peers at a time when we were unable to take care of ourselves.
It's never too late to upgrade our programming and give our 'protector' a new job description. This course gives you the opportunity to rewrite your survival programming and turn the 'enemy within' into your greatest ally.
