Have you wanted to join social media (facebook, instagram or pinterest) to stay in touch with your kids or grandkids, or friends overseas, but feeling overwhelmed at where to start? With this course, you’ll learn how to make a social media account, find your friends and family, and connect. It’s not as scary as you think – let’s get you connected and communicating with people around the world, and hey, if my 96 year old Granny can do it, so can you!!! Participants need to have basic computer skills.

During this four-week course you’ll learn how to;

1. Make a social media account (Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest) to stay in touch with family and friends.
2. Upload photos from your phone or computer to share with your friends and family.
3. Connect with family and friends
4. Post on social media
5. Search for interest groups or business pages to follow
6. Search for things of special interest and research
7. Make albums on social media to keep for personal use or to share.
