Ayurveda an Introduction

This course has no current classes. Please the waiting list.

Open the door to Ayurveda with this 6 week process of embodying the discipline and teachings of this ancient science. This course will plant the roots for understanding and deeply connecting with this ancient tradition of ayurveda and its alchemy with the elements. Bringing a simplicity to this sometimes overwhelming ocean of knowledge, we journey with the elements to find an ease of understanding. Learn how to simply integrate this into your daily life, bringing a sense of health and wellbeing.

Facilitator Christina Covington, has lived and embodied ayurveda for the past 25years focusing as a womens Ayurveda. She is an Ayurveda practitioner, feminine business mentor and embodiment guide. Christine offers Ayurvedic solutions to modern day womens health and relationship issues and guides women to create balance between work, kids, relationships and inner fulfilment.
