The brain has the capacity to change our habits of movement when we slow down and tune into our sensations while exploring new and novel movement variations. This capacity for neural plasticity was understood by Moshe Feldenkrais, the founder of the Feldenkrais Method, long before the invention of brain scans to show this was possible. Kerrie has been applying this method in her work as a Feldenkrais practitioner and physiotherapist for many years.

What to bring

  • Large towel to fold and use for head support
  • Mat or blanket to lie on
  • Lunch
  • Comfortable clothing, easy to move in
