Learn simple mindfulness techniques that will help to calm busy minds.

If you are struggling with an overthinking intellect, anxiety, or insomnia, these basic meditation practices can help you to be more present to each moment, slow down and quiet the chattering of the mind. We will learn how to meditate and integrate some mindfulness techniques in your every day life. No experience needed.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes
  • A yoga mat
  • A comfortable cushion to sit on (or 2)

Important information

Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will be your receipt and inform you of the dates, time and venue of your course, it will also let you know of anything you need to take to class with you.

Students are required to be 15 years old and above at the time of enrolment.
