Mindfulness is the energy that helps us recognize and accept unconditionally the conditions that are present in our lives. Mindfulness helps us to live in the present moment & not ruminate about the past or worry about the future. Mindfulness is a learnt experience & does require practice. In this workshop you will discover how to bring Mindful Awareness to your daily life.

Lisa’s passion in teaching skills to combat daily stressors is evident in her Workshops. Many of the practices you will learn she teaches on a daily basis to her private clients or patients she sees with chronic illness. You’ll find this Workshop to be informative, fun & you will leave with a new skill set & a 4 week practice schedule outlined for you.

What we will cover in class

  • How we create stress within
  • How Mindfulness can help reduce stress in daily life
  • Learn interactive Mindfulness techniques, also stress busting NLP techniques
  • Learn the health benefits of Relaxation

  • Pen and paper
  • Yoga mat or large towl for relaxation
