Enjoy a One Day Retreat workshop with a relaxed style and caring presenter. The course will focus on quietening the mind and relaxing your physical body through specific breathing techniques, deep relaxation, and guided meditation. There will be a session on personality and how it effects our state of being and the day will finish with a group labyrinth building project which includes walking and dancing.

Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email.
