Our Pelvic floor is not a flat floor but a powerful dynamic support that interconnects intimately with our whole self. Utilising the Feldenkrais method we will develop awareness and discover these connections to find both increased strength, resilience and sensuality.

Important information

Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email.
