Want to diversify your garden and experiment with unusual perennial vegetables? Cassava, Yams and Madagascar Bean are just a few that thrive with little effort and produce abundantly in the subtropics.

Your tutor, Sharon, has been growing perennials for many years, experimenting with traditional techniques and developing her own delicious recipes. She will introduce perennial vegetables in season now and share techniques for growing, harvesting and processing perennial vegetables, including techniques for cooking with these abundant crops.

Important information
