  • Tech Savvy Seniors - Introduction to tablets (TSS105)
  • Tech Savvy Seniors - Introduction to the internet (TSS102)

This course has no current classes. Please the waiting list.

Smartphones can do much more than answer or make calls and text messages. Tablet computers fill a niche between smartphones and personal computers. You can watch videos, listen to music, surf the Web, study, stay in touch and engage in a multitude of other activities on a smartphone or a tablet. This workshop is an introduction for those wanting to investigate these devices or who are just starting out with a smartphone or a tablet.

What to bring

This is an online class

  • learn from the comfort of your own home, this class will be delivered live online via the Zoom platform
  • you need an email address, a reliable internet connection, a microphone/speakers and access to a tablet, smartphone or computer
  • please ensure your email address is correct when enrolling, as a Zoom link to the class will be sent via email
  • IMPORTANT: if you don’t receive an email with the Zoom link when you enrol, check your spam, or call the college on 02 66843 374 between Mon to Friday 9.30am to 4pm
