Are you looking to build your virtual facilitation skills to run engaging meetings online? In this introductory workshop we will explore the difference between facilitating in-person and online, and discuss the key techniques needed for a virtual facilitator to ensure meetings and workshops are engaging and effective.

We can be adept at facilitating meetings and workshops with participants in one room. The moment we are in an online setting the task can become that bit more challenging – keeping engagement high, building trust if people gathering don’t have existing relationships and managing the technology, so that is supports and doesn’t interfere with the communication. In this introductory session, we will discuss in detail the key techniques for addressing these key aspects of virtual facilitation.
