The Bread Of Life

Come and explore being a baker for a day. In this course we will bake simple breads of all varieties. Learn how to make no knead sourdough plain, spelt and gluten free bread and also the life changing nut and seed bread. We will also make a simple and delicious pizza bread to share together. There is nothing more satisfying than baking your own bread for your family, friends or social occasions.

What to bring

  • Large clean tea towel to wrap bread in
  • Own refreshments and lunch
