Yoga for Stress, Anxiety and Insomnia

Do you need tools to help you relax, calm your anxiety and get off to sleep at night? In this course you will learn effective ways to relax your body and unwind your mind through gentle yoga, breathing and meditation techniques. Discover the key triggers that prevent relaxation and keep you awake at night and create some simple changes in your everyday routine that are easy to implement. By developing these new healthy habits you can change your life for ever.

This course is mostly experiential, so that you immediately implement the tools and put them into action.

You will receive an illustrated instruction booklet at the end of this course.
