Commercial rates $35 per hr, $130 half day (4 hrs) $240 full day (8hrs)
Not for profit rates $25 per hr, $80 half day (4hrs) $140 full day (8hrs)
• Seats up to 35, painted concrete floor
• Includes screen, whiteboard, mugs, air conditioning, access to fridge and kitchen
• TV, DVD player available– extra fee applies
• Bookings at least 3 days in advance to arrange for key

Room 2 & 3
All rates PLUS GST
Commercial rates $40 per hr, $140 half day (4 hrs) $250 full day (8hrs)
Not for profit rates $25 per hr, $80 half day (4hrs) $140 full day (8hrs)
• Seats up to 20, carpeted
• Includes screen, whiteboard, mugs, air conditioning, access to fridge and kitchen
• Bookings at least 3 days in advance to arrange for key

IT Room
All rates PLUS GST
Commercial rates $60per hr, $200 half day (4 hrs) $390 full day (8hrs)
Not for profit rates $40 per hr, $140 half day (4hrs) $280 full day (8hrs)
• Broadband
• Fixed data projector available– extra fee applies
• Printer (provide own paper) screen, air conditioning, mugs, access to fridge in kitchen
• Bookings 2 weeks in advance
• Prior meeting with IT officer to be arranged before commencement

Laneway Studio
All rates PLUS GST
Commercial rates $35 per hr, $130 half day (4 hrs) $240 full day (8hrs)
Not for profit rates $25 per hr, $80 half day (4hrs) $140 full day (8hrs)

• Fixed data projector available– extra fee applies
• Fans. A access to fridge in kitchen, mugs etc
• Bookings at least 3 days in advance to arrange for key

Please note
• Payment in full required before date of hire of venue
• Space must be left clean (otherwise cleaning charge may apply)

Payment
• Payment required at least 2 weeks prior to booking
• A 25% deposit is required for bookings over $250 when booked up to 12 months prior with balance paid at least 2 weeks before venue hire date. Full payment is required for Bookings below $250.

Extra costs (all rates PLUS GST)
• Wireless internet - $5 per hour
• Fixed data projector and screen when available in room - $5 per hour
• Laptops - $5 per hour
• Whiteboard markers, two colours $10
• Tea (no herbal teas)/instant coffee/sugar/milk and access to urn - $2 per person
• Out of hours duty manager $35 per hour
